For over ten years, I have supported individuals in my role as a business coach, career consultant and supervisor. My passion lies in working with people across all areas of life and work. I offer professional guidance for those who seek depth, clarity and personal meaning.

Each person is unique — both an individual and a social being. We carry our own desires, hopes, and goals while navigating the systems and relationships that surround us. When the dialogue between our inner world and external reality falters, balance can become fragile. Coaching offers a space to pause, reflect and realign. My systemic approach supports clients in reconnecting with their strengths while consciously engaging with the wider systems they inhabit - relationships, cultural backgrounds, and professional environments. Sustainable change emerges when we honor both the personal and the contextual.At the heart of my work is the humanistic philosophy of Carl Rogers — the belief in the uniqueness, dignity, and potential of every person.

With a background in linguistics, I see language as both a mirror of personality and a tool for meaningful connection. I understand coaching as an art: it requires intellectual clarity, emotional sensitivity, and the courage to bring the unseen into focus. My key areas of work include business coaching, career development, and coaching for gifted individuals and artists. I have a deep commitment to the professionalization of coaching and continuously invest in my own development. Fluent in German, French, English, and Serbo-Croatian, I work internationally and am familiar with Japanese, French, and Eastern European cultural contexts.
