About ME

With an academic background in linguistics and educational science, I bring a deep understanding of language, learning processes and human development. Fluent in four languages, I offer a cross-cultural perspective shaped by international leadership experience. Born in Nuremberg and based in Düsseldorf for the past twenty years, I maintain a close personal and professional connection to both French and Japanese culture. My professional path includes several years in the management of a Japanese corporation, which profoundly shaped my understanding of intercultural dynamics and leadership.

For more than a decade, I have been working as a coach and consultant, accompanying people from a wide range of personal and professional backgrounds. I bring extensive experience in working with highly diverse personalities and complex biographies. As a certified coach and mediator, I support executives, academics, and artists in navigating transitions, expanding their perspectives, and unfolding their potential.

My research focuses on intellectual giftedness, with a particular emphasis on high giftedness. In this context, I collaborate closely with IHBV (Dutch Gifted Adults Foundation). I contribute to the field through specialist publications, including as an author with the renowned publishing houses Klett-Cotta and JunfermannTogether with Noks Nauta, I co-developed a coaching card set for gifted adults, published in German (Hochbegabung: Das Kartenset für Coaching, Therapie und Selbstcoaching, 2023) and Dutch (Hoogbegaafd: de kaartenset door coaching, therapy en zelfcoaching, 2025). In 2023, my book on gifted women, exploring their potential and their societal invisibility, was published by Klett-Cotta (Weiblich, hochbegabt, unterschätzt. Wie hochbegabte Frauen ihr Potenzial entfalten). French and English editions are currently in preparation.
